If a video did not arrive, looks wrong, or a route will not load, tell us what happened. These help us find it quickly:
Videos made on our servers are kept for seven days, or an hour after you download one, so a quick note is easier to look into than an old one.
ToonRoute is new and still in beta, and most of what it does came from people asking for it. A character you would like to see, a look, a camera shot, a place where the map gets something wrong: send it over. Pictures and example videos are very welcome.
We answer most emails within a couple of days. Please do not send card or bank details by email: there is nothing to pay while ToonRoute is in beta.
